Lisa JWhen my chiropractor highly suggested a massage but I was going to be out of town in FL my son highly recommended Hernando Massage & Spa as he had made many visits there. Well Jamie worked magic on the knots in my back and by the next day I was pain free. Can't thank you enough Jamie, you are brilliant. All of the staff were so very nice and my next trip to FL will include a visit to their office as a top priority!

Ava ShermanI’ve been coming here for a long time but always forget to leave a review! Stefanie is the absolute best one here. I’ve tried almost all the therapists and Stefanie is the only one that has truly made a difference. I’m a horse trainer/riding coach, so it takes a lot of wear and tear on my body. I’ve had chronic pain and had been battling chronic illness for a long time now. Stefanie’s highly educated techniques and finesse have changed my life. I don’t know what I’d do without this place. I always get the best treatment here and it’s so close to my house so it’s perfect! Definitely come here and give them some business. You will not be disappointed💕

Tabitha TaylorI had a fantastic experience with Michael. He was incredibly personable and made me feel at ease right away. His communication was excellent—he took the time to really understand what I needed and explained his approach clearly. Not only was the massage highly effective (I felt real relief in areas that had been bothering me for weeks), but his great sense of humor made the whole session even more enjoyable. It's not often you leave a massage feeling both physically better and having had a few good laughs. Highly recommend Michael for his skill, professionalism, and positive energy!

dee zeeI just had the most amazing scalp facial! The esthetician, Lisa, was incredibly knowledgeable and really took the time to explain everything, so I actually learned a lot about my scalp health. The whole experience was so refreshing and relaxing. I left feeling completely recharged. Highly recommend!
