We absolutely loved our stay at Hernando Beach Motel & Boat Rental! We stayed in the one-bedroom room and rented one of their pontoon boats, and it was the perfect way to experience Florida’s Nature Coast. What really made this trip special was the hospitality. The owners and staff treated us like old friends, and you could feel that genuine “Old Florida” charm from the moment we arrived. They took the time to answer questions, offer local recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic time on the water. The pontoon boat was clean, reliable, and opened up an incredible adventure exploring the Gulf, the springs, and the beautiful coastline. After a day on the water, it was so nice to come back to a comfortable room and relax. If you’re looking for a polished resort, this isn’t it—and that’s exactly why we loved it. It’s authentic, laid-back, and full of the kind of hospitality that’s becoming harder to find. We left with wonderful memories and are already talking about coming back. Highly recommend for anyone who loves boating, fishing, sunsets, and experiencing the real Old Florida!

I finally has the chance to stay here and it was awesome. The room I stayed in was well maintained and very clean. The staff are extremely nice and helpful with any needs you may have. I will definitely be staying here again when I come back into town.
