⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a great experience at Eternal Skin Aesthetics with Nicki! I brought my daughter in to have her eyebrows waxed, and I was really impressed with how comfortable Nicki made her feel from the beginning. She was friendly, patient, and took the time to interact with my daughter instead of just rushing through the appointment. That really stood out to me. She explained what she was doing, talked with her throughout the process, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and easy. The waxing itself turned out great. Nicki did an awesome job shaping and cleaning up my daughter’s eyebrows while still keeping them looking natural. You could tell she pays attention to the little details and genuinely cares about making sure her clients are happy with the results. What I appreciated just as much as the service was the atmosphere and customer service. It can sometimes be intimidating for a younger person to have an aesthetic service done, but Nicki made it feel completely comfortable and welcoming. My daughter left happy, which obviously makes me happy too. We were impressed enough with the experience that we’ll definitely be recommending Eternal Skin Aesthetics to others. My wife and my sister will both be getting referrals from us and will hopefully be seeing Nicki soon. It’s always nice finding someone you feel comfortable recommending to your own family. Great service, great experience, and most importantly, my daughter was treated incredibly well. We will definitely be back!

She takes the time to listen, explain your options, and make sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. I never feel rushed, and I always know I’m in good hands.
