Brandi McKenneyThis is not a brand new hotel. Some areas are a little worn, but every area is clean and well kept. The service is top-notch and better than much higher end hotels. Beth at the front desk was always warm and welcoming as well as willing to help at any moment. When she was busy employee Brooke jumped in to go above and beyond! This was a great place to stay when visiting Weeki Wachee. Proximity to the park was perfect.

James LeeMy spouse and I recently visited the Holiday Inn Express (HIE) in Spring Hill, FL. This was a 3 day visit to visit some old neighbors and friends in the area. The staff at the HIE could not have been more friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained. Of a special noteworthy comment was the Breakfast Services Attendant, Charmaine M. We watched as she was helpful and friendly to many of the breakfast diners while ensuring all of the food areas were clean, well stocked and well maintained when it comes to keeping things hot and cold as appropriate, especially the newer coffee areas that HIE now uses. We will most certainly return to this HIE on further visits to the area.

Kristi KristiThe staff was absolutely amazing! The location is great. However, the smell was hard to handle. The first floor smelled like wet dog both days we were there. The 2nd floor also smelled but honestly it was more like bodily fluids. Even our room smelled. It just made it very difficult to come and go. I did also notice my daughter’s feet were very dirty after she bathed from the carpet in our room. So I am thinking they just need to rip old carpet out, to get rid of the smell. Other than the smell everything else was great.

Amanda GirvenSo I travel for work and stay in many different hotels. I’ve stayed at this Springhill location several times. Yes, their elevator was broken for a while, but they fixed it as soon as they could- which I know isn’t good enough for people who probably stay there once on a trip. Especially for people who have problems with stairs, and carrying the luggage up steps isn’t fun for any one. But The employees there are wonderful and helped. Their elevator is now fixed and employees still kind and hospitable. The rooms are clean, AC works wonderful. I will continue to stay at this location when traveling in this area for work.

Buffy WernzUpdating review as I posted this as soon as we were checked in and coffee in hand…. Original review: Staff very friendly. Hotel is clean.Love that they have free coffee/tea machine in lobby! Same as above except should point out that the Lobby and hallways were clean. The room was not the best for cleanliness. Chair in the room has large stain. Shower did not get hot until last 30-45 seconds of shower. Lotion provided on wall in bathroom has been refilled with water I assume. It was pure liquid. Two of the pillows smelled like Red Bull 🤮 So, I hate to give bad reviews but for the money this was not worth it. The elevator is broken also. Which I realize is out of their control. They did offer for us to cancel for free. But no discount to stay. Lol! Not really the kind of place we are used to staying at with this hotel brand.
