I cannot praise the staff and owner of Youngs’ Automotive Service enough. I broke down in the middle of nowhere at 4:45 PM, and even though they were closing at 5:00, they allowed me to have my car towed straight to their shop. Unfortunately, the engine was blown, and the car ended up sitting in their lot taking up space for over two weeks before it could be towed away for scrap. Despite this, they didn’t charge me a single dime for storing it. The entire team is exceptionally kind, helpful, and honest. They went completely above and beyond for me during a stressful situation. I feel incredibly grateful and blessed to have dealt with them, and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

My airbag light randomly came on leaving work and I pulled in to ask a question as I was concerned it would just go off unexpectedly while driving. The man I spoke to ( presume the owner ) explained to me it won't just come out while driving as well as addressing a few other issues I'm having. I felt like I made the right decision to pull in and am actually bringing my car back on Tuesday to have it fixed. Thank you so much, Youngs' Auto. UPDATE -- Brian and Amanda are both wonderful people. My car is back to running good as new and they truly made me feel like more than just a customer. I dropped it off yesterday as mentioned above and was ready to pick up after work. I will definitely go back for any of my car issues from now on and will be recommending to all my friends and family as well. Thanks again, Brian and Amanda!
