From start to finish, working with this company was such a breeze! Lisa came out and gave a detailed estimate. Her pricing was exactly where I expected it to be and fair. When I was ready, I was able to get on their schedule within a few days. Jacqueline and Vanessa came out and did a phenomenal job. It looks like a completely new shower and floor. They seem to be very happy with the work they do, take pride in their efforts and they were very thorough. They even moved the washer and dryer out of the way when doing the laundry room floor. They were prompt and friendly. Oh and they also included a small touch up container just in case, along with a detailed aftercare list. I really cannot recommend this company enough, Thank you!!

My floor tiles look brand new, and with a much better grout color The shower is amazingly beautiful after severe soap, scum and calcification on the walls and tile floors. The job was done in the expected timeframe that I was told to expect. I highly recommend Mrs. grout.

We have a six-year-old home that has a generous-size walk-in shower. The tile in that shower was poorly-enough installed that it was replaced under the builder's warranty, but it was not really done right. It had grout that didn't have consistent color and joints that weren't sealing. One appointment with Mrs. Grout, and it looks even better than the original should have looked! Jaclyn spent more than six hours working on it, and now the grout in the floor tiles matches beautifully, and all the joints are all very professionally caulked. Cheers and a big thank-you to Jaclyn!! We love it!

My floors are beautiful again! We were going to replace our flooring in my house but could not afford it. After Mrs Grout was finished, I am now happy with the floors and don't have to pay $20,000 + or have a major renovation done.

Jaclyn did an excellent job and addressed all our concerns. She went beyond what we expected, working efficiently and with professionalism. We had previously used Mrs. Grout to rejuvenate our bathroom shower, and are very pleased with their work.
