From start to finish, working with this company was such a breeze! Lisa came out and gave a detailed estimate. Her pricing was exactly where I expected it to be and fair. When I was ready, I was able to get on their schedule within a few days. Jacqueline and Vanessa came out and did a phenomenal job. It looks like a completely new shower and floor. They seem to be very happy with the work they do, take pride in their efforts and they were very thorough. They even moved the washer and dryer out of the way when doing the laundry room floor. They were prompt and friendly. Oh and they also included a small touch up container just in case, along with a detailed aftercare list. I really cannot recommend this company enough, Thank you!!

We have a six-year-old home that has a generous-size walk-in shower. The tile in that shower was poorly-enough installed that it was replaced under the builder's warranty, but it was not really done right. It had grout that didn't have consistent color and joints that weren't sealing. One appointment with Mrs. Grout, and it looks even better than the original should have looked! Jaclyn spent more than six hours working on it, and now the grout in the floor tiles matches beautifully, and all the joints are all very professionally caulked. I’ll tell you what I’ve been in the Construction business 20yrs now ! And you all know theirs more bad contractors than good But Mrs Grout team and Lisa came in and handled a project that most companies would have failed at Not only did they do a great job but from point of contact to completion was about a week which also is rare in this business , They removed grout haze and clumps of grout left over from a tile company that should not have been installing tile !!! They are not cheap but their work and knowledge reflects the price if you want a no nonsense company to coming in and get the job done contract Mrs. Grout for all your tile cleaning needs
