I was more than impressed with my first experience here. I have not taken my dog to a groomer yet as she is just one years old, so to say the least, we were both pretty nervous. We were met with extreme kindness and understanding. They were able to get her in same day and did a phenomenal job. The facility was clean and well kept and the workers treats you like family. Most definitely the only place I will be bringing all of my Dogs for grooming.

I highly recommend Shiny Pet Paws to anyone looking for a place that truly cares about their dogs. The owners are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about the animals they serve. While I can't personally speak to every employee they hire, it's clear that the owners set high standards and make sure every dog is treated with care, respect, and individual attention. That commitment is reflected throughout the entire team, including the groomers. I am extremely attentive and protective of my dogs, and I rarely feel comfortable leaving them with anyone else. However, I have never had a negative experience at Shiny Pet Paws. My dogs always come home happy, healthy, and looking great. Whether you're using their self-wash stations, having them bathe your dog, scheduling grooming services, or taking advantage of any of their other offerings, they make sure every dog leaves clean, comfortable, and happy. Walking into Shiny Pet Paws feels like heaven for both dogs and their owners. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff clearly care, and the dogs are treated like family. In fact, I willingly drive an hour to bring my dogs here because I trust them completely. They care for my dogs as if they were their own, and that level of dedication is hard to find. If you're looking for a place that puts your pet's well-being first, Shiny Pet Paws is absolutely worth it.

Did the Self Wash station and the staff was super friendly getting us set up. They had all the supplies we needed (apron, shampoo/conditioner, brush, towels, wipes). The tub was large enough to accommodate my 60lb Aussie Mix and I felt like it could have accommodated much larger breeds as well. We paid $15 when we went in June 2026. Great value and setup. We’ll definitely be back!

I’m extremely happy with the grooming job they did on both of my dogs (German Shepherd/Husky mixes). They honestly look better than they ever have before. Their coats are incredibly soft and shiny, and they removed a huge amount of the undercoat that had been shedding everywhere. What really impressed me was their attention to detail. They even pointed out things I hadn’t noticed myself — one of my dogs had a small spot on his neck and the other had a cyst on his tail that I completely missed. That showed me they truly take their time and care about the dogs they’re working with. You can tell they take pride in their work. I highly recommend them and will definitely be bringing my dogs back!
