Very clean facility. The owner, Melanie is people and fur baby friendly!! Pleased I connected with Red Woof Inn. My original review of Red Woof Inn was 5 months ago. Since that time I have used them on 3 more occasions. The last time was for an emergency hospitalization. I left a key and Melanie picked up and returned my fur baby! She filled his food container and located the carrier. I trust her to be in my home alone. My kitty acts like she is a second Mom. He goes to her easily and hangs with her when he is back home. Melanie is the owner and person I have always worked with. She is a kind and caring professional. I have never smelled urine when visiting the kennel. I highly recommend this boarding business.

I have had my lulu with red woof for over 12 years she is amazing and i only trust her she loves lulu and lulu loves her you can absolutely have no worries leaving your precious fur baby with mel

I boarded my Great Dane for the week of Thanksgiving (he’s been here a few times now and always loves it) but on Thanksgiving morning, Melanie (the owner) texted me that he was sick and wouldn’t get up. We talked through our options (as I was out of town), and she had her vet on standby. She offered to take him to the emergency vet but we agreed on giving him another day to see if he started to feel better. Not only did Melanie check on him multiple times on Thanksgiving day, but she sent me pictures of him wrapped in a blanket, all cozy and clearly well taken care of. He was fine hours later and she updated me all along the way. She is the most understanding, patient, caregiver I have ever left my fur baby with. It’s evident that she deeply cares for the animals that stay with her and I am so grateful to have found a local sitter who I can trust! 5+ starts for her and her facility ❤️

Our pups love coming here when we go on trips. This is the only place I take them and the owner is so sweet and caring. Always makes sure the pups have enough food and asks before hand about giving them extra treats. Thank you for caring.
