This company is very accommodating! The vehicle that I needed was at a different location. They very promptly got the car to the location that I was renting at. I had my rental exactly one month and they were there to answer any questions that I might have, and they went over the car to show me how to use all of the features. They paired my phone so that everything was in place and ready for me to use. I would definitely recommend any these young men as point of contacts and enterprise as a whole!

My experience with the Fort Smith Enterprise team ended up being excellent. There was some confusion with my original reservation, but once I contacted them, they made it right by honoring the SUV upgrade they had promised. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful, especially Preston. When I returned the vehicle, the front desk employee offered to drive me to AutoPlex. Before we left, he suggested I check the rental one last time, and I'm so glad he did because I had forgotten my garage door opener in the visor! That saved me a lot of time and anxiety. Throughout the rental, the staff answered my questions, honored the agreed-upon pricing, and made sure I got where I needed to go. I really appreciated their customer service and would definitely rent from this location again.

Preston is the best. I was having a very stressful day after my work truck broke down. He worked very hard to help me find a vehicle that would meet my needs and get my rental set up. I have been renting from only enterprise for over a decade but if not for Preston I would have ended up going with another company for the first time ever, due to availability issues and website issues. Great experience with the zero street Enterprise location on two separate occasions. The pickup was fast and easy, cars are clean and accommodating. The three guys who keep the place running are friendly and professional. They made the whole process smooth from start to finish.
