I've been needing to get a new bike since moving to Brooksville and finally decided to head over to Crank Works to check them out. Both Mark and Patricia were super nice and very knowledgeable, tasked with the difficult issue of finding a bike that would properly fit me, due to my size (I'm 6ft 7in 220 lbs). We went through several different options available before I chose the one that I felt best fit my needs and budget. I'm very glad that I stopped in, very cool people and quality bikes for a fair market value. I really appreciate you guys! I'll be seeing you soon at one of your events.

Giant Defy was ready for some new tubes. The old tubeless setup was becoming problematic due regular infusions of sealant. Master Craftsman Mark introduced me to…. TPU bike tubes, made from thermoplastic polyurethane. They are lighter and offer lower rolling resistance compared to traditional butyl tubes, making them a popular choice among cyclists. They are also noted for their durability and puncture resistance, while leading the market in performance and reliability. In no time, Mark had them ordered and installed. Back on the road quickly! I would not trust my bicycle maintenance to any other shop, period!

I always enjoy a visit to Crankworks! They gave my Giant Revolt a tuneup and recommended a new set of tires. The bike runs like new and the tires made a world of difference. They are always friendly and helpful, not to mention they have a great inventory of bikes and gear. Brooksville is fortunate to have them.

After researching e-bikes, I decided that Aventon was the best brand for my wife and I. Then when searching for dealers, I found Crank Works. My wife was going to Brooksville, so I asked her to stop in and get information. She met Mark and found him very helpful. So then we went together, with another couple. This time Patricia assisted us. She did a great job teaching four people who knew nothing about e-bikes all we needed to know. She was very personable and patient with us. After we test drove them, we were sold. When we went back to pick them up, Mark met us, explained everything and helped load them on our new bike rack. This was an all around great experience. I will be recommending Crank Works to anyone interested in e-bikes!
