We can't say enough good things about Brooksville Transmission! We brought our Ram diesel in thinking we knew exactly what we wanted to do. Instead of just taking our money, they took the time to explain why that route wasn't in our best interest. Their honesty and expertise saved us from making an expensive mistake. How often do you find a shop that genuinely puts the customer first? From start to finish, they were professional, considerate, and treated us with respect. Then, to top it all off, we received a thank-you note showing their appreciation for our business. That kind of customer service is almost impossible to find these days. It's rare to find a business with this much integrity. Brooksville Transmission has absolutely earned our trust, and they'll be our first call for anything transmission-related. If it's something they don't handle, I have no doubt they'll point us in the right direction. Wow... just wow. Highly, highly recommend!

Definitely recommend this place for any of your drive line issues. I took it in thinking I had the dreaded 6l80 problems that plague all GM trucks, even after I had a billet TC installed a year ago at another shop (although it was never tuned). Turns out I'm an idiot and drove who knows how long with "auto 4wd" turned on (huge no no on these trucks for street driving) . Anyways they were relentless in trying to recreate any other potential problems and found nothing. Finally dropped the pan and it was clean as a whistle. So instead of a full rebuild, they recommended to do a fluid service on the drive line, which was way easier on the wallet. I also requested they tune my transmission for the billet torque converter as well as disable v4 mode. Their tuner was out sick for a few days, but I have other vehicles so it wasn't a huge issue to have them keep the truck. Now let me tell you about their tuner. That guy deserves a beer or two. My Tahoe went from a lazy, feathery SUV to feeling like it just went through a weight loss program and shed half its weight. Completely different truck now and the driving experience is infinitely better. Overall they got me right and saved me the cost of an unnecessary rebuild, and their tuner woke up my SUV. Their prices are a little higher than some other shops, however that's the cost of good service and knowing you're in good hands. 11/10 would recommend this place to anyone!
