I have a munchkin cat and Golden doodle They are groomed by Lisa and staff. I’ve been coming to Her for almost 4 years now. I was their yesterday which the staff was very Good to my pets . The lady that say She had a bad experience I’m sorry to hear That but I was there @ 9:00 am and 12:00 And back again 1:00 because Lisa didn’t want my cat to have to be longer because The Golden doodle want done yet Due to all the customers she was doing. The lady that wrote the bad review couple Question 1. Did you ask to speak to Lisa. 2. Before paying did you let them know you weren’t happy. 3 . Did you ask her staff about you feeling they were rude . 4. Before making a review when your not Happy you need to let the owner know How the service was so they handle it and make it right . Thank you Lisa and Staff for you wonderful Job and taking care of my baby’s!

My wife Ginny and I took our two Shih Tzu girls to Brooksville Pet Grooming yesterday, and Lisa and her staff did a beautiful job of grooming them. We've been having Lisa keep girls looking pristine and smelling wonderful for over four years!

Very friendly and they have the cutest cat that comes and greets you....We just adopted a beautiful tiny full grown Pittie from the Hernando Animal Services and she was apparently attacked by another dog so she was in rough shape when they got her..Took her here because wanted her washed by a professional...She was sooo happy and looked a lot better.. reasonable prices and definitely will be going back frequently...My dog loved it!
