Steven the owner took the upmost care of us when it came to fixing our car, he told us exactly what was wrong and how they would fix it and didn’t try to sugarcoat anything and i appreciate the help and work that everyone here has done. I HIGHLY recommend coming to them if your car is in need of fixing.

We found this shop in my google search and the customer reviews were very good so, I had them diagnose my AC heating because it went down with cold weather here in the south, went to this shop and got some prices to get this heat working they guy upfront nick checked it out and found my heater core wad bad and my front pads needed replacement. he showed me the problem and got me a excellent price for both so I got them done. I will be back for future service when needed. thanks guys and I highly recommend.

My wife and I were extremely thrilled to have found A&G Auto Repair. We met the owner and shared what we needed to get completed on our vehicles and he listened carefully to our needs and directed his staff to complete the service we needed. We can say with certainty, if you can find a more just and forthright owner than Steven Gonzalez, call us and we will eat our hats. Mr. Gonzalez is a man of integrity and honor; he ensures his staff and mechanics at A&G are highly trained and they readily demonstrate diligence and care in their service of your vehicle. It is an understatement to say that Mr. Gonzalez cares first and foremost for the customer's satisfaction. His core value: "Service-before-self" is the hallmark of his standard of care and servicing of your vehicle. Indeed, I would say that Spring Hill (and Hernando County) would be hard-pressed to find another shop or owner that ensures the customer's satisfaction. We took our Jeep Patriot to get a new intake manifold. We left with à whole tune up Ronnie told us we had a new intake manifold. 3 weeks later the same code came up I was told it is now something else that's another $1000. When we looked better at it the manifold was never replaced.

Amazing customer service! I went to this shop with 3 toddlers (chaos). The staff was polite, understanding, and helpful. They had goldfish snacks for my kids to enjoy and a wide bathroom that fit a double umbrella stroller (wheelchair accessible with a lower toilet that's suitable for kids and elderly). My kids made a cookie mess and one ran around the waiting room. I was told not to worry and Jon cleaned and joked with my son. Ron the older gentleman even gave us a ride home for the 2hr diagnostic. He was kind and patient helping me with the kids while I battled car seat instalations lol. The entire experience was a breath of fresh air. Kindness and understanding that is rare in mechanic shops. Its hard to find a shop that can accommodate kids, especially active toddlers. Would recommend to parents

This is a great place with good people. My daughter‘s car broke down right outside of the shop. I pulled in with a flat tire. The owner came out and said it was no big deal. They would fit it in today and put it on for me and just seemed like they really cared to help me. They were super busy, but still found time to take care of my daughter’s vehicle. This is a great business and they care about people and that’s rare to find.
