Second visit and the little ones love the small petting zoo! They even had a horse ride this time and she was the gentlist, sweetest horse. The restaurant food is great, as are the desserts. My only negative would be the decor. They have a "mammy" figurine that is pretty offensive, and it didn't help that the 2 white women at the table next to us were saying racist things about black people entering the restaurant. Just to be clear, the staff and waiter were super friendly and great, but between the figurine and the bigoted ladies at the next table, it was uncomfortable.
Nov 24, 2025 · Google ReviewWhat a great find. This was an impromptu visit. Ended up letting the manager help me choose a few wines to share as gifts, picked blackberries, and some veggies for a great dinner later that night at our airbnb. Fantastic experience! If you are in the area, definitely stop in. I wish I had been able to stay for lunch. The farm to table cafe looked amazing. Next time I come thru, it will be a definite stop!
Jun 4, 2025 · Google ReviewWriting this in their parking lot because this place was amazing!!!!! They take credit cards, have bathrooms, service was amazing! I highly recommend anyone wanting to make the drive. I drove 90 minutes here and don’t regret it at all. Many things to pick from!
Jan 18, 2026 · Google ReviewOne of the best hidden secrets in Hernando County! This is not just an amazing place to buy fresh local produce, but a place to build memories with your family. I take my Mom here for U-pick strawberries, blueberries and blackberries every season. We have a blast picking and then head into the winery to cool off with a refreshing glass of wine. The owner is awesome and they always post each week what is available with prices on Facebook. The blueberries are huge!!!! They also offer different flowers at certain times that are a nice touch and have market events. Overall, this is how you support local businesses and the quality of the products speak for themselves.
Apr 25, 2023 · Google ReviewVisited for first time today and very surprised by the large selection of vegetables, herbs, flowers and fruits. Even better they have a small winery tasting room with a packed fresh baked desert case and breakfast and lunch foods along with beer and other refreshments. They do have baskets and bags available for use and plastic bags to take home but you can bring your own and maybe pruners for flowers as they do have a few pair to loan. The location had plenty of parking as you enter, the fields were easy to maneuver with rows of different veggies. Friends had been recently and picked blueberries and strawberries but today at end of season. Got some wonderful eggplants, bi-color corn, cherry, grape and regular tomatoes, green beans peppers and snapdragons we picked ourselves. There is also a selection of already picked items and found carrots, potatoes, onions, etc. where you check out. For $20 filled our cooler and in the restaurant too late for breakfast menu but enjoyed a lunch of chicken salad sandwich, flatbread, deserts and wine tastings and came away with some additional desert and wine. A nice outing for a few hours and think kids would really have fun finding and picking veggies.. On our visit it was adults and teens picking. We found the farm, restaurant and wine staff friendly and will definitely return as a nice scenic drive, easy to find, with good quality, well priced products just beyond Tampa.
