Love this place!!! I will come back soon with my husband. Went the with my 16 month old baby and got to see all the animals. My favorite was the mama goat and pregnant donkey, Jenny, I later found is the name of a pregnant donkey. Curious if she has a name? Anyways, the animals are such well taken care of and feel so soft. The donkey was cleaner then me lol jk. Such beautiful eyes 😍 Can't wait to go back!!

There were things we genuinely enjoyed, but I also think it helps to go in with realistic expectations about the size of the property, level of interaction, and value of the different encounters. For pricing context, the individual encounters currently listed are Capybara & Friends at $49.99/person for 30 minutes, Leaping with Lemurs at $79.99/person for 30 minutes, and Chilling with Otters at $119.99/person for 30 minutes. They also offer an Ultimate All Access option for $219.99/person, which includes 30 minutes each with the capybaras, otters, and lemurs. We did not do the lemur encounter, so I can’t personally speak to that experience. The Capybara & Friends encounter was easily a 4/5 and the highlight of our visit. At $49.99/person, the enclosure includes capybaras, kangaroos, wallabies, and Patagonian maras. There were plenty of animals, food was provided, and everyone had repeated opportunities to feed and interact with them. Because there were multiple animals, it worked really well for a group and felt engaging and worthwhile. Of the experiences we tried, this was absolutely the one we enjoyed most. The otter encounter was much more underwhelming, particularly because it was also the most expensive individual encounter at $119.99/person for 30 minutes. You enter the enclosure and sit near a small above-ground pool while two otters explore, play together, and come around to investigate everyone. During roughly the last 12–15 minutes, you can put your lower legs in the pool while they swim around. There is interaction, but I would keep expectations realistic. You may get a few crawls, brief lap time, or playful moments rather than 30 minutes of hands-on interaction. Loose-fitting clothing seemed to interest them because they like to burrow, and I would avoid jewelry, earrings, and loose drawstrings because they may grab or chew them. For us, the biggest opportunity for improvement was simply more guidance and education during the otter encounter. Most guests have never interacted with otters and don’t automatically know how they like to play. Toward the end, we figured out a few ways to engage them and got more interaction. Since the staff know their personalities so well, showing guests those techniques from the beginning would help. During quieter periods, it would also be great to hear more about the otters themselves: their ages, lifespan, personalities, diet, behavior, care, etc. I found myself asking many of those questions. That would make the experience feel more engaging even when the animals understandably choose to do their own thing. At the current price and format, I’d personally rate the otter encounter around 2/5. A few things are also worth knowing if you plan to book multiple encounters. The animals receive a 30-minute rest between 30-minute sessions, which we completely understand and appreciate. However, that can mean quite a bit of downtime for guests. The property has a relaxed, open farm/picnic-area feel with covered tables, goats, baby cows, ducks, donkeys, miniature horses, and other animals around, but there isn’t a lot of structured activity between encounters. Bottled water was provided, which was appreciated, but there was no food available for purchase during our visit. The goats can be petted, while feeding them was an additional $5. We also only saw one porta-potty and one hand-washing station, and the foot-pump sink was not producing water very well when we tried to use it. Since guests are regularly touching and feeding animals, adding another restroom or two and making sure several hand-washing stations are functioning would be a worthwhile improvement. Overall, this is a cute, small-scale family owned animal experience with some genuinely enjoyable moments, but the value can vary quite a bit depending on which encounter you choose. For us, the $49.99 Capybara & Friends experience really made the visit, while the otters themselves were adorable but the $119.99 otter experience felt very underwhelming for the price.

While it was a very nice experience with the otters, overall, it's quite costly, and I don't think it's really worth it. Especially when you're reserving more than one spot for the special hands on experience. I think for the cost. It should be forty five minutes and include feeding the animals.

I took my family here on Thursday as a surprise to my grandma and it was hands down such a great experience. The family that runs this farm, really love what they do, they genuinely care for their animals there, you can tell how loved they are. They are all very social and sweet. I’d also love to mention that the staff were really sweet and super accommodating. My grandma can’t get around that great anymore and they made sure she comfortable every step of the way. Thank you for sharing your beautiful animals and for being awesome humans as well. My grandma will now remember this experience for the rest of her life. I can’t put into words what that means to me. Thank you isn’t enough but still thank you.
