Ruthie’s, a woman owned business, is a hidden gem! We stopped by Ruthie’s after an event at the Brooksville Elks. As it was our first visit so the owner, Ruthie, described the food origin and spice palette. We decided to order 2 dinners and share. We had the Butter Chicken and BBQ Brisket. The Butter Chicken was tender and delicious with a perfect balance of curry and cream sauce. It had a mild heat that builds as you eat it. The BBQ sauce on the brisket was incredible - tangy and delicious! The Mac and cheese was delicious The roux was unique, not overly cheesy. The antique shop is quaint and has interesting. There are military items that I just adored!

Food is FANTASTIC! However, this place is a little pricey for its location. A more affordable lunch menu in the $10-16 range would make me come back more often. Also, and I am not a fan of AI photos for advertising food, especially when their food images looks so good. Other than that, highly recommend Ruthie's!
