MichelleI just have to say amazing experience. I stopped in to get to take out order and was pretty much mesmerized by everything and everyone. Everyone that I came in contact with me smiled and said something. The bathrooms smell great! That's a big deal. The service at the bar as I was waiting for my takeout order was amazing. Alyssa was so friendly and inviting!!! I also met David who was amazing and Taylor who was cross training at the bar. She was doing an exceptional job!! I have to say the teamwork there was impressive !! I love to see that In a restaurant! I am staying at the microtel next door. It was just very convenient, but I was pleasantly surprised with the service , cleanliness, overall atmosphere, friendliness. And also the food was amazing once I got back to my hotel!! I mean it can't get much better. I would definitely recommend this outback steakhouse! Thank you for keeping customer service real and current!!

Kayla AshleyWe recently visited the brand-new Outback Steakhouse in Brooksville, Florida and were completely blown away by the experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was lively, welcoming, and impeccably clean. Our server, Rayne, was an absolute delight. She was attentive, incredibly friendly, and made sure our table had everything we needed before we even had to ask. The food was cooked to absolute perfection—hot, fresh, and delicious. We also want to give a huge shoutout to the busser, Colton, who was exceptionally hardworking and kept our table clear and tidy throughout the entire meal with a wonderful, upbeat attitude. Midway through our dinner, the manager, Dan, stopped by our table to check in on our experience. It’s rare to see a manager so genuinely invested in making sure every single guest is happy, and his hands-on hospitality really elevated our visit. He is so proud to be part of this management team, and it shows. Attitude definitely reflects leadership! Great food, a GORGEOUS new location, and top-tier customer service from Dan, Rayne, and Colton. We can't wait to come back.
