First time at Enchiladas Mexican Restaurant Saturday April 11th '26 No waiting, greeted and seated right away. Water and chips came out quick. While waiting for rest of our party to show up we had 2 for 1 margaritas each. Once everyone was gathered we ordered. Food was delicious!! Our server was great, always checking on us with a smile. We will definitely come here again. It's located conveniently to downtown so we decided to get our steps in. KUDOS to our server for an excellent service as she was busy with prom parties too.

Really good food. Prices were good and service was good. I liked the rice beans that came with the quesadilla. Good sized portions. Beer and wine only, and Pepsi products. Parking could be a little better, but place is centrally located in downtown Brooksville. Got the chimichanga and steak quesadilla.

Second time dining at Enchiladas Mexican Restaurant and it was a pleasant experience. Our server Presley was very friendly and hospitable. She made great recommendations on food selections. Food and drinks were brought out promptly and looked great. Food had excellent flavor & presentation. Definitely recommend dining here if you are visiting or traveling through Brooksville. Look forward to dining there again next time I’m in the area.

Came here with a group for Taco Tuesday and Cinco de Mayo. Food was great, but wish they made it a little more festive for the occasion. Atleast have a taco special. Other than that everything was great.
