Chuck Ignarski Jr.I've been needing to get a new bike since moving to Brooksville and finally decided to head over to Crank Works to check them out. Both Mark and Patricia were super nice and very knowledgeable, tasked with the difficult issue of finding a bike that would properly fit me, due to my size (I'm 6ft 7in 220 lbs). We went through several different options available before I chose the one that I felt best fit my needs and budget. I'm very glad that I stopped in, very cool people and quality bikes for a fair market value. I really appreciate you guys! I'll be seeing you soon at one of your events.

Fred PerkinsAfter researching e-bikes, I decided that Aventon was the best brand for my wife and I. Then when searching for dealers, I found Crank Works. My wife was going to Brooksville, so I asked her to stop in and get information. She met Mark and found him very helpful. So then we went together, with another couple. This time Patricia assisted us. She did a great job teaching four people who knew nothing about e-bikes all we needed to know. She was very personable and patient with us. After we test drove them, we were sold. When we went back to pick them up, Mark met us, explained everything and helped load them on our new bike rack. This was an all around great experience. I will be recommending Crank Works to anyone interested in e-bikes!

Christopher ChafinThis bike shop knows their business with confidence and professionalism. I’ve been riding mountain bikes from in the beginning, 1987 to now, 2026. I have real good and significant experience in quality cycles and cycling. I’ve been on many mountain bikes, from a $250 Western Flyer, to Shwinn, Trek, Cannondale, and now a $900 Specialized. With many dollars spent and hours in Croom Reserve and Weeki Wachee Preserve, I have found a great shop to spend money at to continue all my expectations in cycling for the remainder of my life. I’m glad for Crank Works! I walked in knowing with confidence what my budget was and brand I would love to have, I bought the Specialized that I’ve wanted for 15 years, and now I’m fully satisfied with my bike. Chris Chafin

Eric LaForgeGreat shop! Huge selection of bikes, and great service. This is the go to shop for any repairs in the area. Especially for Higher End E bikes. They rebuilt one of my e-bikes from broken frame to warranty replacement frame. And it was a brand that they do not carry. Outstanding customer service.
