Kerry BearI’ve only ever gotten bagels here, which are delicious. Today I wanted to try some other options they offer. WOW😮 Everything, from their bagels to their sandwiches and even their desserts, is SO good. The sandwiches (I had a breakfast, corned beef and ham) have plenty of quality eggs, meat, cheeses and whatever other fresh toppings you want, and there are so many to choose from. Their desserts are also fresh and flavorful. If you love a good bagel, deli or simply want a sweet treat, Big City has got you covered.

Emily “Emzy” ColemanHappened to be in the area and when looking for something to eat before heading home I saw they had pork roll on the menu here and I just HAD to stop in! The service was amazing and the bagel with pork roll was just like back home in Jersey! We also really enjoyed the pastrami pounder! All in all highly recommend!!!

Lindsey TuscanyI’ve been wanting to try this place for quite a while, even though I live a good distance away. Since I happened to be passing through the area, I decided to stop in. When I walked in, an elderly customer was expressing dissatisfaction with her Reuben sandwich and how it had been prepared. I waited about five minutes while that situation was being addressed. When it was finally my turn to order, the employee at the counter still seemed more focused on the ongoing conversation than on helping the next customer. I tried ordering a plain bagel with butter and ham, which came to nearly $10. After having to repeat my order several times, I eventually gave up and simply asked for four plain bagels instead. To my surprise, that order was also close to $10. The bagels had great flavor, but they were extremely hard. I could barely eat half of one because it was so tough to chew. It seemed as though they may have been sitting out for too long or were overbaked. As a first-time customer, I was hoping for a much better experience. Unfortunately, between the lack of attention during the ordering process and the quality of the bagels, I left disappointed. While I understand that customer issues arise, I felt overlooked as a new customer. Overall, I don’t think I’ll be returning. . Also one of the bagels wasn’t even cooked…

Tina GoreyStop in and you won't be disappointed! My husband and I dropped in to try and while ordering, I said lightly toasted onion bagel with butter. The owner, asked if there was something else I wanted as I was still resting the menu. I said, you wouldn't happen to have lox? As I disnt see it on the menu. He said yes! I changed my order and my husband got pork roll, egg and cheese on an everything bagel. Bagels were perfect! Food, service and atmosphere did not disappoint.

sandra gastMy husband and I absolutely love the bagels and sandwiches. We have had the bagels numerous times and always delicious and fresh. Staff is also very friendly. I almost forgot to mention the crumb cake..do yourself a favor when ordering the delicious bagels, take home some crumb cake as its amazing.. We will always come back. Thank you for offering such incredible NY bagels in Spring Hill.
