I had a very comfy stay with my girlfriend. My girlfriend put in the note in our booking that we wanted a room that never had any pets in in because shes allergic to cat and dog hair. All the rooms upstairs were good because pets aren't allowed upstairs. There air conditioning is really good, our room was clean and comfy and we felt safe. The pool was AMAZING- goes 8ft deep and huge. We had no issues and breakfast was alright- not much variety. Security deposit came back an hr after we left. Ir around everything, zaxbys, taco bell, waffle house, dollar general and more. Would come again.

Got a smoking room it was a little muggy other than that o had a wonderful experience. Peaceful, big, nice pool. They even had a check out late option for an excellent price. I personally recommend coming from the Bronx nyc to a decent sleep and able to smoke as well. They also offer non smoking rooms away from the smoking rooms IF you are a NON SMOKER like my friend who travelled with me in which enjoyed his/her stay as well for anonymous purposes to their identity. They also have early breakfast and good room service polite and respectful. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!(4/28/26 Tuesday 12:50 check out) will return

Overall was great for the price. The rooms are updated but in a lazy way. The siding and paint is bad. My room smelled musty and wet. The bed was very comfy But there was no bugs and we felt safe. Ive stayed in alot worse for sure. The man at the front desk was super nice and friendly.

I stay here semi often. It's hit or miss with the rooms and staff. One time came into a room that wasn't ready yet. No bedding and trash still in the bins. Not a big deal except that we had all our stuff with us and had to carry it all back down the stairs to the office. Just a minor inconvenience. The plugs in the tub don't really work. So you gotta use a rag to plug it if you want to take a bath. (Which I do) and make sure to check your ac's filter. If it's not cooling as much as it should it could need to be wiped off. I've run into this issue a couple times. But look. As far as cheap hotels go. This is a good one. Just got to improvise a little. Just giving my honest opinion. I'm still coming back!

Well when looking for a hotel that night..it ended up being 16 miles from Brooksville i was in. If your traveling 75 its right next from the exit. Being from Ohio we had no idea where places were and just a long drive to it after driving 500 miles that day then entered room to find bugs dead on floor, wonder why they hadnt swept them up..So im guessing well they sprayed and they are at least dead. The worst was the smell in the room, definitely wasnt a non smoking room. Finally dozed off and room skunk smell was gone about 3:30 am. . Its an older style hotel , just always check that large window is locked..our was on one side but not other. Man at desk was very polite and nice when we arrived. Breakfast was good. Pool area looked nice.
