S MBeautiful Community with Both Positives and Negatives Silverthorn Country Club is a beautiful gated community in Spring Hill with attractive homes, well-maintained common areas, mature landscaping, and a scenic golf course. The neighborhood generally feels peaceful and secure, and the clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness facilities, tennis courts, and other amenities provide residents with several ways to stay active and socialize. The community is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, medical offices, and the Suncoast Parkway. Many of the residents are friendly, and certain sections of the neighborhood are especially quiet and pleasant. However, like many deed-restricted communities, there are numerous rules and restrictions that may not appeal to everyone. Communication and consistency regarding community matters could sometimes be better, and the overall experience may vary depending on the area in which you live. Some facilities and community features could also benefit from updating and closer attention. Anthony CI gotta say.. compared to the place this was a year ago it is absolutely beautiful, greens are in excellent condition course staff is very friendly and the fairways look great! Will definitely be coming here more regularly and I recommend that to anyone else, this course is truly a hidden gem
