Ralph PorzioI organized an early-morning Porsche Group Drive and breakfast event at the Cracker Barrel in Brooksville, Florida, on Sunday, September 13th, and I’m happy to say it was a complete success—thanks in large part to the wonderful staff at this location. Manager Latara, along with her three servers, Laila, Keith, and Susan, greeted our group enthusiastically and took excellent care of us. Despite having a large group to serve, they were fast, professional, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. What impressed me even more was that, as we were preparing to leave, they took time out of their busy schedule to come outside and take group photos of us. That was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture, and it certainly added a special touch to our morning. The feedback I received from our participants later that day was overwhelmingly positive, with many saying, “Let’s do it again soon!” I can definitely support that idea. A special thank-you to Latara for recognizing my concerns early in the planning process and making sure we had a first-rate team to welcome our group. Laila, Keith, and Susan truly helped make our breakfast stop a memorable part of the morning. Thank you, Latara and the entire Brooksville Cracker Barrel team, for helping make our Porsche event such a success. We look forward to seeing you again soon!

jill capolupoCame in for dinner on a Sunday evening. The restaurant was pretty busy, but our food still came out quickly and was delicious. However, the real highlight of our visit was the service! John took exceptional care of us. He was polite, professional, and very attentive. We will definitely ask for him next time!
