Joel SullivanAfter taking a long trip from North Carolina down to Tampa then up to Brooksville The favorite part of my day was going to beef 'o' Brady's. I sat down at the bar with my wife and Victor was the bartender Victor is second to none. His cocktails or spot on. He is master at his craft. Great personality very welcoming and makes you feel like family. The food was fantastic The burgers are amazing. The wings are the best I've ever had. The staff not only is polite but they treat you like a regular, like family. I highly recommend beef 'o' Brady's if you want to good meal and fantastic service.

Otis LeeThe buffalo chicken wings were exceptional, and this unplanned visit proved to be highly rewarding. We definitely plan to return in the near future. The bartender also provided excellent entertainment.

Brian Jansongreat menu, great service (thanks Zack)! the fried mushrooms were very tasty. my partner had a black pepper bacon BLT that was sweet, Smokey and peppery. he loved it! I opted for chili with onions, jalapenos and cheddar. delicious. and again, Zack was great

Bekah KnieriemMy family and I vacation to Brooksville every year for 2 weeks. This place has become a staple in the routine of our Florida vacation! The food is fabulous, service is excellent. The bartenders have become like family, knowing us as soon as we walk in after a year of not coming in.

Austin BowenWe always enjoy coming to Beef O’Brady’s in Ridge Manor, but I especially want to give a shoutout to our regular waitress, Dom (Dominique). She is always so professional, attentive, and genuinely good to us. She truly goes above and beyond every time we come in! The other day we were there having lunch, and Dom was dealing with an extremely difficult customer who was being very rude to her. Despite the way he was treating her, she remained professional and tried her absolute best to accommodate him. Honestly, there was just no making him happy, and eventually they left. What impressed me even more was that Dom was the only waitress working at the time, was also handling the bar, and the restaurant was busy! She handled everything with grace and professionalism, even under pressure. We have always thought highly of Dom, but seeing how she handled that situation made us appreciate her even more. She is truly one of—if not the best—waitresses at this location, and Beef O’Brady’s is lucky to have her! We will always look forward to seeing her when we come in.
