UF IFAS Hernando Annual Coastal Cleanup
🌊♻️ Join Us for the 11th Annual Hernando County Coastal Cleanup! ♻️🌊
Help make a difference for our waterways, shorelines, and wildlife by participating in the 11th Annual Hernando County Coastal Cleanup, coordinated by UF/IFAS Extension Hernando County in partnership with the Ocean Conservancy, local businesses, and community organizations.

Volunteers can participate on land or on the water. Those participating by water are welcome to clean areas only accessible by boat, kayak, or paddlecraft; however, participants are responsible for providing their own vessel and safety equipment.
All volunteers must check in at Linda Pedersen Park to receive cleanup supplies and instructions. Please return all collected debris to our station so it can be properly documented and disposed of.
👕 The first 150 volunteers to check in will receive a FREE event t-shirt!
👨👩👧👦 This event is open to all ages. Youth participants are welcome but must be supervised by an adult.
