Discovery Days: Bats
Drop-in anytime between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm on Saturday, August 29th, for a fun, family‑friendly exploration of Florida’s fascinating bat species at Chinsegut Conservation Center! Guests can enjoy a variety of self‑guided worksheets and hands‑on activities at interactive bat‑themed stations; designed to spark curiosity and inspire learning. Discover how a bat’s wing compares to a human hand, explore the incredible size differences among bat species, and learn simple ways you can help support bats in your own community.
No registration is required. Just stop by!
