Ron MillwardWe absolutely love this place! We used to order it all the time when they delivered, so we were bummed when that stopped. We don’t get it as often now, but it’s still worth the drive from Floral City. The yum yum sauce is amazing, and as a vegetarian, I really appreciate having good options to choose from. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and worth the trip.

Dean AllenWhat we loved about Fuji Hibachi is that they have sushi and not sushi dishes. But unlike most places that offer both, their sushi was excellent. Very authentic, and not just filled with rice. You can actually taste the sushi flavors is each roll. We highly recommend the dragon roll and the rock n roll. They're rock n roll is the best we have ever had.

Megan BarrMy mom and I decided on sushi for lunch last week. Our normal place was closed on Tuesday, so we stumbled upon this place. We walked in to order takeout for lunch. We chose the two sushi roll lunch deal for $9.25, and we got a spicy tuna roll and shrimp tempura roll. We ordered two special rolls, the Rock N Roll and the Out of Control Roll. Plus an order of Crab Rangoon and the Honey Moon. Overall, it was great! The basic sushi rolls that you get for their lunch deal are exactly that, basic, and the price is cheap. The Rock N Roll is huge. You will need to unhinge your jaw if you want to eat it in one bite, but yummy! Out of control roll is also tasty. The Crab Rangoon doesn't have much crab flavor. I could see it in the cheese filling but not as much as you would expect or hope when ordering Crab Rangoons, so that was disappointing. The Honey Moon was my favorite. The jalapeño was spicy, and the texture was nice with creamy and crunchy.
