My family spend time to choose the desert and I didn’t understand why the waitress dismissed us. But at the end. The experience was good.

Sarah MarieWe had my sons high school graduation at The Bistro last night and it was so special and memorable. Everyone loved the food, they were raving about the pizza and ate every bit of it! We had a party of 50 and it went perfectly! They are like a well oiled machine and they definitely know what they are doing! To the Bistro Family~ Thank you for sharing your space with us last night. You created such a special atmosphere, the tables looked gorgeous, and we created memories we will carry with us forever. If you are looking for a venue and or catering call Catherine! She does it all and does it well! She gives back to her community and her and The Bistro are the backbone of the Brooksville community!

As a fellow business owner, she is always available when I need help or have a question. High quality ingredients, local sourced, cooked and prepped with love. Just attended the monthly Chamber Brooksville matters. Catherine provides an exclusive menu for attendees. I tried the breakfast sandwich this month. Excellent food no matter what I order. Dinner dates are an amazing experience, too. They create the best old fashion in the county, per my husband.

Louise MarilynBeen here a few time and it never disappoints. Servers are always friendly and welcoming. The food is just simply amazing. This time we got pizzas and the roasted sprouts!! Ahhhhmazing!! All the food that was coming out of the kitchen looked too notch!

F ScottThis place is fantastic! The brussell sprouts are delicious! I was told by others in our group that the fried green tomatoes are amazing. I'm not a big fan of tomatoes so I didn't try them. The BLT on rosemary focaccia bread looked really good. I had the chimmichurri steak sandwich special. It was sooo good! The steak was so tender! The veggies on the side were cooked perfectly.
