NicoleWent to see the Veterans Memorial park in Springhill. It was big with a nice trail to walk. Spacious for all the different sporting activities going on. Also, found one of the mermaids along the way 🧜‍♀️

Howard BoganA nice park/ facility for sports and to get outdoors. My experience here has been centered around the Spring Hill NFL Flag Football Organization. The County could do a much better job in maintaining this park. The grass seems to always be high and uncut. The sidewalks and parking lot are in disrepair. Getting a parking spot is most always impossible at certain times as the parking lot cannot accommodate the volume of vehicles that descend on this facility.

Diane M GreenwellMarch 23, 2022 Hernando County government held a ribbon cutting for completed renovations recently made. This was phase one of additional renovations to come. New sod, playground equipment, ball fields, tree trimming, fencing, ball field improvements, and concession stand improvements were made. It’s a great place to take your children for fun activities. Thank you Hernando County Government, Chris Linsbeck and staff, for your vision for new improved facilities for our community.
