I’ve been going through a lot personally, and she took the time to offer me some inspirational advice that genuinely meant a lot to me. Sometimes, a little kindness from someone can make a bigger difference than they realize, and she did exactly that for me. It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond not just with customer service, but with their heart, too. She truly made my experience special, and the hotel is lucky to have someone like her on their team! ❤️

She is outstanding — truly outstanding. From the moment I walked in, she made the entire experience smooth, welcoming, and professional. Her attitude is positive, her customer service is top‑tier, and she goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. The room was clean, the property felt safe, and anytime I needed anything, Chelsea handled it with kindness and efficiency. Employees like her are the reason people come back. Motel 6 is lucky to have her! Highly recommend staying here — and if you get the chance to interact with Chelsea, you’ll see exactly why this review is five stars.

Ricky WellsThis was actually my first time in the city of Spring Hill. Chelsea made my stay welcoming, to the point where I wouldn't mind staying at Motel 6 again when I return. She gave the greatest hospitality, to not just me, but everyone that she spoke with at the counter and on the phone. I feel like she needs a raise. I tried giving her a tip but she denied. She told me, "she just loves people and treats everyone the way that she wants to be treated." She's amazing 💯🫡

ezwasnpSamantha and Marlene have been more than understanding of any technical issues between 3rd party booking and in house. They have made it happen every single stay with no issues, along with accommodating when there we're to make the stay happen. The rooms are always clean and the staff have always been patient because of the volume sometimes. We love and appreciate you for the outstanding hospitality!

Jamaal Mutrie (Jay)5 Stars- Chelsea and Darby were amazing! They provided excellent customer service, were friendly, very knowledgeable of the area ,competent in their work, and most importantly made check-in quick and easy. I’ve lived in this area for over 20 years and I am very pleased with the new renovations. Not only has the quality of the rooms improved but the type of clientele has changed for the better. That’s why it’s my number one choice when I plan my “stay-ocations”😉😁
