LukeGreat service here, inexpensive high quality, high demand service. Took my goth new rock boots here after trying multiple other options before realizing boots are boots, doesn't matter the style. I was helped out and gave them a big tip. Boots were ready in under 2 weeks. They fixed both boots for me so I wouldn't run into the same problem again for no extra charge.

Steve RussellTraveling and my old work boots gave out. Also have heel bone spurs making it difficult to find a comfortable pair of steel toed boots. But they were very friendly and the boots are awesome. Many options to choose from.

She deserves an award for customer service and comedic relief! Then, when we picked up our shoes, we were greeted by another beautiful, friendly lady who made us feel just as welcome. I’ve purchased a couple pairs of shoes from him and his lovely wife, they are some very kind hearted folk willing to help and were incredibly patient with me … ( probably 2 hours in there pondering the possibilities and the comfortability of their products. Honest and helpful as could be.) I don’t often buy new boots but this is who I would return to and I didn’t forget them after 8 years or so 🙂 will be back for more 👍👍👍👍
