I’ve only ever had one other massage before, and have never had a facial so I was a bit nervous to get one done! But- Rebecca was amazing!! So sweet and skilled! The atmosphere was so calm and welcoming. The massage hit all my problem spots and I felt she really cared how I was doing. The facial was so cool! I’ve never used products like that but Rebecca was able to walk me through what each was and how it worked. I left with my upper back knots gone and my face feeling softer than it ever has!! I will be back 🙂

Every time I’ve seen Patience it has been an amazing experience. I always leave feeling so refreshed and relaxed! Patience radiates joy and just about anyone who meets her could tell you how much she loves what she does. This past January I had an appointment with her, but she ended up getting the flu and had to cancel (understandably so). Even then, she went out of her way and insisted on a complimentary service at my next visit, which she absolutely did not have to do! It was difficult to find a time that worked for me, but when Patience noticed I hadn’t been able to come in, she actually reached out to me herself and came in on a day and time she normally isn’t even open just to see me. I have never experienced that level of customer service anywhere! Today I had the best massage and facial I’ve ever had. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients and I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation!!

I’ve been to this spa three times and have had an amazing massage every visit. Whenever I’m in town visiting family, the first thing I do is book a session. I’ve seen Lissa once and Rebecca twice, and both were fantastic. They really listened to my requests, focused on the areas I needed most, and worked out my muscles thoroughly. I always leave feeling deeply relaxed and noticeably looser. I can’t wait to book my next session the next time I’m in town!

There was a bit of confusion about my appointment time but it was quickly resolved. Lissa went out of her way to make everything perfect. I have had hundreds of massages and I have to say Lissa blew everyone away. I have never had anyone be so in tune with my needs. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I will see you again Lissa.

Rebecca did my recent massage. I had booked a 90 minute combo massage and everything was great until a little over an hour into my massage. She exclaimed she confused me with her other client and she didn’t realize my appointment was only 90 minutes instead of 2 hours. So the last 15 minutes of my massage was very rushed. She missed a foot during the rush and barely massaged my arms/ hands. I primarily only got my back massaged because of this mistake. Overall, the massage felt great, but for paying over $110 and for this to happen was not acceptable. She just smiled and acted like everything was okay. Will not be going back here.
