Wonderful black beans and yellow rice. The plantains fried up so gently and caramelized to perfection. The warm buttered cuban bread was so heavenly. We arrived late for lunch and were welcomed with noyhing but warm smiles . We throughly enjoyed our lunch.

The food was fast and very clean. Well made. Shout out to the ladies who served us and the cooks. The atmosphere was very home-like. As a Cuban I enjoyed the food and the service. Felt right at home. Will definitely be bringing my spouse here again.

It’s an old house? Maybe has more historic significance but nothing was explained or told so I have no idea. The house itself is tilted so the tables are lopsided and the chairs are also. The food was ok, nothing amazing nothing bad either. 2.5 if you could give it.

Best Cuban and empanadas in Greater Tampa bay! We always order the collard green/ white bean soup. Made daily of fresh ingredients, the soup, Cubans and empanadas are a staple for our weekly to-go orders. The pastry for the empanadas is THE best! We order the chicken, beef and guava empanadas. Friendly owners and staff (family owned and operated) greet you warmly upon entering. Nostalgic feel inside this historical home/ inn. Love the cafe!
