This is a beautiful RV park. Well maintained. We picked this park because of the location of our reserved site. Close to the pool and overlooking the lake. We called twice after reserving to check the location of our reservation. Upon arrival we were placed in a site located across the lake, with a "view of the lake" and not close to the pool. To be clear this site is not lakeside. There is a mud pit between the site and lake. My husband and I both tried to communicate our frustration in hopes to some how rectify the situation or understand. We achieved neither. In looking at the reviews, we see this is a common problem many have experienced with no satisfactory outcome. It is a great disappointment, when many of us travel several days, only to find We have been mislead. **** Thank you so much for responding to my review. I appreciate the time you took to not just read the review but for your explanation. This was never explained to us at the time of the reservation. I do understand now that this relocating of guest is common in seasonal areas and will take it into consideration when reserving sites. I do want to add, your staff is exceptional and greatly appreciated.

We got here on Saturday and didn't really like our spot, too many trees, went to the office to see if I could change sites. Thinking there's no way, but to my surprise the ladies were super friendly and helpful and put me in a different spot. Park is beautiful and well kept everyone super friendly, can't say enough about the ladies at the front desk

I gave the rooms 5 stars when really it is the sites I am referring to. Most sites have a lot of green space between them. The ones that don’t have a lot of space are lucky enough to keep you cool in the heat as they have many large trees to give you shade. The pond is smaller but nice to relax by watching and listening to the fountain in the middle of the pond. Yes there are gators, but they are kept under control. When they are too big, they are removed. Park is kept so clean! All the staff whether they work outside or in the office are always friendly and help you if needed. Winters here you are kept busy with the activities thy offer. Love it here and am so glad we found it!

I've loved this place since I came the first time 9 years ago. It's so beautiful with the ponds and lake and landscaping is outstanding. Everyone is so friendly here and town is only minutes away. Management has some problems but they have created an awesome resort. If your looking for beauty it's right here, Belle Parc is truly one of a kind.
