Its bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside. The seats and screen quality are more than acceptable, and the staff are very very friendly (shoutout to Andrea(?) at the concession stand!)

You can order tickets online but you still have to pick them up at the concession stand. It does not save time but you can reserve your seats. Theater is clean. I took one star because they have not figured out how to maximize using the App. Also, the seats need an update. They are structurally sound but the upholstery is hanging on by a thread.

I live about 3 minutes from this movie theatre but after today I’m just going to start going to a farther one. Not because of today alone but this is my third experience here that hasn’t been good. For this visit my complaint is, Why even sell seats in auditorium 5 P1 and P2? It’s an obstructed view. Half of the bottom left screen was cut off, my daughter had to lean to the side to watch the movie she was on the left. I was on the right and the left corner of my screen was cut off. I kept asking her if she wanted to switch but she didn’t want to because she has anxiety. If the stairwell wall is going to be so high then P1 and P2 seats shouldn’t be available. It doesn’t show the stairwell or exits on the seating chart at all when scheduling online. We went to see Toy Story 5
