We cannot say enough wonderful things about Banfield Pet Hospital and especially Dr. Piper. Today, we had to make the incredibly difficult decision to help our sweet boy, Lucky, cross the rainbow bridge. From the moment we walked through the doors, Dr. Piper and her staff treated us with such compassion, kindness, and respect. During one of the hardest moments of our lives, she was calm, informative, and so incredibly supportive. When it was time to say goodbye, Dr. Piper said a prayer for us and even cried alongside us. That meant more than we can ever fully express. She helped our sweet Lucky pass with dignity, love, and peace. Dr. Piper is truly an amazing veterinarian and a beautiful human being. We are so grateful for her empathy and the genuine care she showed our family. If you are looking for a vet who truly cares about both her patients and their families, we wholeheartedly recommend her. Upon entering the main lobby my puppy and I were greeted with a warm smile by Miss Emma. I was dropping off my puppy Honey to be spayed and I was extremely nervous about it. Emma made me feel comfortable and confident in leaving Honey to have her procedure. When I came to pick my puppy up it was extremely busy and Miss Emma was greeting patients by name all while checking them in/out, answering phones and taking the time to help other patients. She was very polite and patient. A patient left their keys on the counter and she ran out the door to return them. I am very happy with my puppies care and I highly recommend Banfield for your pets needs.

11 yrs ago I went to banfield bc my dog was retaining fluid and we couldnt figure out why it was happening or what it was. But thanks to Dr. Kraven (craven) we were able to get a diagnosis and i was able to have 11 more wonderful years with my fur baby. If it werent for her dedication to helping him I would not have been able to love him as long as i did.
