A shave, and quick wound clean up for a stray i brought in two shots and boom 200 bucks. The monthly subscription looks like a good deal though. Oh and staff was really friendly and accommodating.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Banfield Pet Hospital and especially Dr. Piper. Today, we had to make the incredibly difficult decision to help our sweet boy, Lucky, cross the rainbow bridge. From the moment we walked through the doors, Dr. Piper and her staff treated us with such compassion, kindness, and respect. During one of the hardest moments of our lives, she was calm, informative, and so incredibly supportive. When it was time to say goodbye, Dr. Piper said a prayer for us and even cried alongside us. That meant more than we can ever fully express. She helped our sweet Lucky pass with dignity, love, and peace. Dr. Piper is truly an amazing veterinarian and a beautiful human being. We are so grateful for her empathy and the genuine care she showed our family. If you are looking for a vet who truly cares about both her patients and their families, we wholeheartedly recommend her. update: i did receive a phone call and the vet on the phone was extremely kind and explained to me i caught them on a bad week, which i figured. i do appreciate the follow up and the explanation first time at this office and it was not the best experience. received a call the day before asking to move my appointment time up, from 12 to 11:30, i said that was fine. showed up at 11:20 and was put into a room immediately, the vet said i showed up really early. i proceeded to wait for almost an hour, was not seen until 12:30. the visit was super short and i did not get to ask many questions. the vet tech also twisted my words to the fill in vet. she asked if my dog had been licking her paw and i said “only when we mess with it, but she redirects once we say something” i then heard her go tell the vet “they said the dogs licks it nonstop” i never said that. i did not feel heard at all during this visit. i forgot to mention that they took a dog that came in after us with no appointment before us. i’m sure i went on a bad day, and the vet was a fill in, but it was just not a great experience. will definitely have to try other banfields.

Upon entering the main lobby my puppy and I were greeted with a warm smile by Miss Emma. I was dropping off my puppy Honey to be spayed and I was extremely nervous about it. Emma made me feel comfortable and confident in leaving Honey to have her procedure. When I came to pick my puppy up it was extremely busy and Miss Emma was greeting patients by name all while checking them in/out, answering phones and taking the time to help other patients. She was very polite and patient. A patient left their keys on the counter and she ran out the door to return them. I am very happy with my puppies care and I highly recommend Banfield for your pets needs.
