Christa HammondLoved this place! Came here because one of my cats got the other in the eye, I'm guessing, and now has a blurry spot with a bloody vein, I was so scared she'd be blind. With unexpected expenses with my vehicle I was short until payday, so I relied on carecredit, which thank god they take, booking the appointment with April was fast and easy, and she was sweet, checking in was a breeze, got straight into the room, Anna (Disney's 'Frozen' pronounced 🤣) was so comfortable with everyone, which was crazy to me because she's one of my skittish females, walked around like she owned that room lol, they explained how they were to test her scratch before touching her, they showed me cats have 3 eyelids!!!! The Dr. was so cute and I love the personality. While my animals do have a vet, I may end up making this one our go to for now on. I definitely recommend this place!! Almost forgot the best part, Anna isn't blind, just needs some eye drops, and my visit was wayy cheaper than I thought it would be!

alexis averyupdate: i did receive a phone call and the vet on the phone was extremely kind and explained to me i caught them on a bad week, which i figured. i do appreciate the follow up and the explanation first time at this office and it was not the best experience. received a call the day before asking to move my appointment time up, from 12 to 11:30, i said that was fine. showed up at 11:20 and was put into a room immediately, the vet said i showed up really early. i proceeded to wait for almost an hour, was not seen until 12:30. the visit was super short and i did not get to ask many questions. the vet tech also twisted my words to the fill in vet. she asked if my dog had been licking her paw and i said “only when we mess with it, but she redirects once we say something” i then heard her go tell the vet “they said the dogs licks it nonstop” i never said that. i did not feel heard at all during this visit. i forgot to mention that they took a dog that came in after us with no appointment before us. i’m sure i went on a bad day, and the vet was a fill in, but it was just not a great experience. will definitely have to try other banfields.

Gypsy HeartA shave, and quick wound clean up for a stray i brought in two shots and boom 200 bucks. The monthly subscription looks like a good deal though. Oh and staff was really friendly and accommodating.
