Howard BoganI was pleasantly surprised at the service, cleanliness, and quality of the food at Steak N Shake. We were greeted at the door by Ben whom was friendly and helpful and has apparently worked at this location for 11 years. Ordering was easy on the kiosk. Our food came out quickly and was hot. The food was surprisingly delicious. Our overall experience was fantastic.

steve feilingerSteak ’n Shake was an outstanding surprise! The food was fresh, the burgers were excellent, and the value for the money is hard to beat. I was initially a little put off by the option to add a tip at what I considered a fast-food restaurant, but after experiencing the level of service, I honestly felt like I should have tipped more. Ben was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond. He personally delivered our shakes, checked on us, and genuinely seemed concerned about our satisfaction. That kind of customer service is rare these days and made a lasting impression. The shakes were exceptional—thick, delicious, and served in classic old-school tall glasses that added a nostalgic touch to the experience. After this visit, I may have to scrap the other burger joints from my rotation and start eating here more often. Great food, outstanding service, and fantastic value. Highly recommended!

Steven PhayreI just love this place. Burgers are almost as good as five guys for the price of one of the guys :-). Their fries are some of the best ever. The best part is my order is always complete and correct. There is an employee, I think his name is Ben, he is just awesome. A good guy always looking to help you out if needed.

Lori StoverWhat a wonderful lunch experience. The burgers were great the f r i e s delicious and the milkshakes dreamy. Service was fantastic. Especially Ben who was very attentive and very helpful to all of the customers. He kindly helped us with our order on the touch screen machine which could be very confusing. He made sure that all the tables were clean and stopped at each table to make sure all of the customers were happy with their food. We will be back soon.
