Ada is Amazing!!!!! Food and Service is top notch, highly recommend
May 17, 2026 · Google ReviewI don’t have enough words to say how amazing this sushi spot is!! We are very regular customers and have never had a bad experience since day 1. The attention, quickness, appetizers, sushi, hibachi are all AMAZING! Ada(Manager/Owner) is PHENOMENAL to all extents and is extremely personable, remembers customers, and always excited to see us when we come through the doors. The rest of the staff is also just as great and keeps us coming back time and time again. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a good sushi spot in the area!
May 10, 2026 · Google ReviewThird time visiting, basically due to zero sushi places existing up here. But the service has been quite terrible all three times we have dined in. The restaurant seems clean, but there have never been more than two tables occupied when I’ve been there. Servers are short in conversation. We asked about an appetizer, “it’s just meat and sauce” was the description given… Server seemed irritated we asked for more time to look at the menu. And when we did order, she quickly tapped on the tablet, and walked away. Mid step and a half a thought later (assuming she realized the size of the order) she asked if we were earning points…. Just recently watched a customer take her tip back out of the tip jar, bc the young lady who was ringing her out, started talking on her cell phone and ignored the woman in front of her. An entire roll left on my plate, did not ask if I would take it home, but rather the moment I sat up, asked if she could take my plate from the table.. did not offer to refill my empty water glass. Long of the short— Sushi guy knows what he’s doing, servers, not so much. Might be the reason the dining room and parking lot are always empty.

Apr 13, 2026 · Google ReviewEnjoyed takeout today and chose the lunch special, 3 rolls for $13.95, which is a great price althoughthe rolls left a bit to be desired. I had not tried the sushi at this location before but friends recommended it so we decided to try it. The lady working that assisted us was very nice, the place looked nice. We didn't dine in so I can't comment on the service. The dynamite roll was great, flavorful and spicy. The wasabi was spicy (some other places around are not like you'd expect) so that was also nice. Worth trying if you're in the area though I'll stick to my other go to places in Spring Hill. If I return, I'll have to try some of the specialty rolls to really know how this place is. Overall felt even the shrimp was a little fish forward more so than I'm used to and the lunch rolls were a little bland. I'll stick to a few other places but I'm glad we gave it a shot.
Apr 13, 2026 · Google ReviewE-Sushi is a solid, no-frills spot if you’re just looking for decent sushi. The food is pretty good—nothing groundbreaking, but it delivers what you’d expect from a typical sushi place. The service stood out in a positive way; staff were attentive and made the experience smooth. That said, the atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired. The space feels a bit empty and unfinished, which makes the overall vibe somewhat dull. It’s not the kind of place you’d go for ambiance, but it works fine for a quick, straightforward meal.
