If you’re from up north and miss that true New York–style Chinese food, stop searching — Chopstix on Spring Hill Drive is the real deal. From the first bite, you can taste the difference in quality, freshness, and that classic NY flavor that’s almost impossible to find in Florida. Their fried rice is exactly how it should be — rich brown color, full of flavor, loaded with fresh veggies, and never dry or greasy. It’s not that pale yellow rice you get at most other places — this is the real thing, made the right way. Every dish I’ve tried has been cooked to perfection: tender meats, crisp vegetables, and sauces that taste homemade and balanced instead of sugary or heavy. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, the restaurant is spotless, and the food is consistently top-notch whether you’re dining in or taking out. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in serving truly authentic Chinese cuisine. I’ve tried Chinese restaurants all over Florida, and none of them come close to Chopstix. It’s the closest you’ll get to real New York Chinese takeout anywhere in the state. If you appreciate quality, flavor, and authenticity, this is the place. Five stars all the way — I’d give more if I could.

Crushed FloraCrab Rangoon and sweet & sour chicken combo was hot and fresh tasting. Rice is flavorful. Even received this cute reusable bag. Everyone was nice and inviting.
