Richloam General Store is an absolute gem tucked away in the Withlacoochee State Forest – stepping inside feels like traveling back in time to old Florida. The creaky wooden floors, vintage signage, and shelves packed with nostalgic treats instantly transport you to a simpler era, and I could have spent an hour browsing the homemade jams, salsas, syrups, and classic candies that taste just like childhood. If you love history, authentic small-town vibes, or just a good dose of nostalgia, make this a must-stop whenever you’re passing through – history buffs and sweet-tooth adventurers will leave grinning!
Nov 20, 2025 · Google ReviewThis is the original store from 1928 and it was restored in 2016. The staff are very friendly and the prices in the store weren't terrible for a tourist attraction. They have a wide variety of candies, teas, jams, pickled goods, nuts, beans, and other goods. They also carry a variety of unique sodas.

Dec 31, 2025 · Google ReviewThis place is absolutely adorable. Vintage country vibes and merchandise. The items are a bit pricey, but totally worth checking out and supporting a small business. Love the tradition of keeping "Old Florida" alive.
