- Gulf Red Snapper Season (June 1-July 31 and more dates upcoming) – Open in Gulf waters for the entire month of July, this delicious fish is a popular catch.
- Scalloping Season (July 1 through September 24) – A must-do summer tradition on the Gulf, diving for scallops offers fun for all ages and a delicious reward.
- Rev, White & Brew Festival at Lead Foot City (July 4) – Celebrate Independence Day with fireworks, car shows, drag races and more at Lead Foot City, an automotive theme park for gearheads.
- Water Adventures – Enjoy sunset dinner cruises from Hernando Beach, guided paddling tours, airboat rides and more activities all Summer long.
