Always a great meal and love shopping in the Country store.

Jun 6, 2026 · Google ReviewWe’ve been eating at Cracker Barrel for years and something has clearly changed with the sausage. My husband ordered the regular breakfast sausage patties and they came out with a reddish pink interior and a completely different taste from what we’ve always known. I tasted it myself to confirm. It’s not undercooked. It’s a different product entirely. The texture is off, the flavor is off, and it’s simply not what Cracker Barrel sausage has always been. The biscuits were still excellent. But the gravy had no flavor either, which was also a first for us. We’ve been loyal customers for a long time and we know what this food is supposed to taste like. Something has changed in the supply chain and nobody told the customers. We deserve better than that. If you’re going to switch products, own it. Don’t just quietly serve something different and hope nobody notices. We noticed. When we mentioned it to our waitress, she confirmed it immediately. Yes, she said, they switched products. That’s the new look and flavor. No apology, no explanation, just confirmation that this is what Cracker Barrel is serving now. She offered to replace it.

Jun 4, 2026 · Google ReviewDidn't want to cook today. I am not a fast food fan, so Cracker Barrel is my best option. I had the steak and shrimp with fried okra, apples, and turnips. All which would have taken hours to prepare and cook with excess leftovers.
